You may return your Gumi product and request a refund for any reason. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the products within 30 calendar days of your purchase in the same condition that you received them.


To initiate a return, please send an email to support@guminutrition.com and make sure to include the order number sent to you at the time of your purchase.


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the products and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that you are requesting a refund because of a package refusal, there will be a one-time $5.00 restocking fee charged per order.
